How it works

A relevance score for every channel

Step 1

You describe your niche once

In Settings, you write a short description of your product and target audience. ReachRoller uses this as the scoring reference for every run — you never repeat yourself.

Step 2

AI evaluates each channel

For every channel found, ReachRoller sends the channel name, description, latest video, and subscriber count to AI. It evaluates fit based on your niche description and returns a score from 1 to 10.

Step 3

Only 6+ scores are saved

Channels scoring below 6 are discarded automatically. Your leads database only contains channels that are genuinely relevant to your niche — no cleanup required.
