Step 1
ReachRoller has two modes: AI Run and Manual Run. In AI Run, you describe your niche once and ReachRoller generates search keywords automatically in every language you select. In Manual Run, you provide your own keywords and no AI credits are consumed — unlimited runs, any time.
Step 2
Choose from 33 language markets — English, French, Arabic, German, Hindi, Japanese, and 27 more. ReachRoller searches YouTube natively in each language. Not translated queries. Real keywords that real creators in each market actually use.
Step 3
For each market and keyword, ReachRoller runs real-time searches directly against the YouTube Data API. It pulls channel stats, latest video date, subscriber count, and contact information — all from live data, not a stale database.
Step 4
In AI Run, each channel gets a relevance score from 1–10 based on your niche description. Only channels scoring 6 or above are saved to your leads. In Manual Run, scoring is skipped and all results come back unfiltered — you stay in full control.
Step 5
ReachRoller scrapes public contact emails from channel descriptions and linked creator websites. No manual digging, no copy-pasting. Email extraction is included on every plan, free, with no usage limit.
Step 6
For each creator, ReachRoller writes a short outreach message in their native language — Arabic for Arabic creators, Japanese for Japanese creators, Portuguese for Brazilian creators. Every message is tailored to the channel, ready to send.
